The Football Association revealed in a statement published in Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper that the Federation had already received a letter from Liverpool requesting that Mohamed Salah be exempted from being in the March camp.
The Football Association stressed that Salah’s name will be sent among the professional players who will be called up to the Egyptian national team camp during the month of March.
The Federation believes that if Salah plays any match with Liverpool before the start of the March camp, his joining the national team will be adhered to, provided that he undergoes a medical examination, to determine the extent of his readiness by the Egyptian national team’s medical staff.
