The price of the dollar continued to rise by about 20 piasters in 8 banks for the second day in a row at the end of trading today, Tuesday, compared to the end of trading yesterday, Monday, according to exchange rate data published on their websites.
The price of the dollar rose by about one pound during trading yesterday, on the first day of banks returning after the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

National Bank of Egypt: 48.5 pounds to buy, and 48.6 pounds to sell, an increase of 20 piasters for buying and selling.
Banque Misr: 48.5 pounds to buy, and 48.6 pounds to sell, an increase of 20 piasters for buying and selling.
Banque du Caire: 48.5 pounds to buy, and 48.6 pounds to sell, an increase of 20 piasters for buying and selling.
Commercial International Bank: 48.5 pounds to buy, and 48.6 pounds to sell, an increase of 20 piasters for buying and selling.
Al Baraka Bank: 48.45 pounds to buy and 48.55 pounds to sell, an increase of 20 piasters for buying and selling.
Suez Canal Bank: 48.45 pounds to buy, and 48.55 pounds to sell, an increase of 15 piasters for buying and selling.
