Actress Reham Haggag spoke about her character in the series “Sadfa”, which was shown in the previous Ramadan season of 2024, during her intervention with the journalist Lubna Assal, on the “Al-Hayat Al-Youm” program.
Reham responded to the attack by some on her Ramadan series Sadfa: “Our Lord, Glory be to Him, not all people agreed on it, so not all people are right and not all people view things the same.”
Reham said: “I am happy with this state of controversy, because it is a personal coincidence that you will not meet every day, and we have a message that we want to convey to people that the coincidence of a person is abnormal because of her upbringing, and we wanted to tell people not to throw away your children, because when you throw away your children, a child will grow up with a psychological disorder such as Coincidence, someone is not normal, and someone cannot think well, his actions are always wrong, he does not know how to solve problems, and he does not have balance even in body language and speech.”
She continued: “It also contained an important message that you cannot choose who to raise or not to raise whom of your children, so we wanted to present a message to the people that we should raise our children.”
She added, “I was afraid of the role and I was very excited about it. I was very happy and enjoyed while I was performing, and there was disagreement from some of the teachers, and I would like to say something, that we are not offering a profession. We are presenting human beings, flesh and blood, and it has nothing to do with the profession.”
