The promo for the movie “The Swarm” topped social media lists, hours after producer Tamer Morsi revealed that he was preparing to release it in cinemas during the coming period.
The film “The Squadron” dramatizes the details of the crushing air strikes launched by Egyptian forces against the terrorist organization ISIS in February 2015, after members of the organization committed the crime of slaughtering 21 Egyptian Copts in the Derna region of Libya.
The film includes real scenes, embodying the heroism of the Egyptian forces, and filming took place in Arab and foreign countries.
In the film, the star Ahmed Al-Sakka embodies the character of the Egyptian intelligence agent, Ali Al-Masry, while the star Sherif Mounir presents the character of the Air Force Commander, the star Asryasin appears as the character of an Air Force pilot named Hisham Galal, and the artist Diab plays the character of “Scorpion.”
The soundtrack for “Al-Sirb” was composed by composer Amr Ismail.
Participating in the movie “The Swarm” are Mahmoud Abdel-Mughni, Ahmed Hatem, Mostafa Fahmy, Amr Abdel-Galil, Hend Sabry, written by Omar Abdel-Halim, and directed by Ahmed Nader Galal.
Producer Tamer Morsi posted the trailer for the movie “The Swarm” on his official Instagram account, and commented: “The blood of Egyptians is a red line.”
