The King of Bahrain – in his speech at the joint press conference with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi following their discussions at the Federal Palace today, Wednesday – expressed his great satisfaction with what was discussed in the joint discussions session with President El-Sisi, where they discussed a number of issues of priority and importance to enhance joint Arab action, especially with regard to the necessity of… Implementing ceasefire decisions in Gaza and delivering humanitarian aid, and the need for a political path towards a just and lasting peace in the region based on the two-state solution, and accepting Palestine as a full member of the United Nations so that the Palestinian people can achieve their legitimate rights.

The King of Bahrain indicated that the agenda of the 33rd Arab Summit, which the Kingdom of Bahrain will host next May, was also discussed, and the need to urgently reach a clear policy to stop the escalation in the Middle East region and ensure regional peace, security and stability.

The King of Bahrain expressed his full confidence that the results of his fruitful discussions with President Sisi, characterized by his sincere pledge to support collective efforts to achieve just and comprehensive peace in the region, will find their way towards implementation, whose time has come so that future generations can obtain their right to a decent and secure life.
