Journalist Mohamed Shabana commented on the statements of Abdullah Al-Saeed, player of the first team of Zamalek Club, during his appearance yesterday on the Ramez Galal program.
Abdullah Al-Saeed spoke during his presence on the Ramez Jalal program about joining the Zamalek club, saying: “If I had received the same offer from Al-Ahly as Zamalek, I would have chosen Zamalek as well.”
Mohamed Shabana said, while presenting his program on the “etc” channel, that riding the trend in Egypt has become a very easy thing, which is what Abdullah Al-Saeed, the Zamalek player, did after he was asked on a television program about which offer he would prefer, if he received it from Al-Ahly and Zamalek.
“Shabana” added: “I think it is normal for Abdullah Al-Saeed to say that he chooses Zamalek because he is currently in the club, so how can he say that he prefers to move to another club? This question would have been realistic if he was still a Pyramids player.”
He continued: “The strangest thing is that I saw many comments from Zamalek fans who described the player as a good son, but in reality Abdullah’s statements are political routines, so what will he say in response to the question after he signed and officially joined Zamalek, after having had conversations that reached 8 years?”
He continued: “There is a clear (wave) in order to ride the trends, and some are talking about Nasser Maher and why he did not join the Egyptian national team just because he appeared well in a very short time.”
He continued: “On the other hand, Kahraba also became a trend after he said, ‘God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs in you, Magdy Abdel Ghani. I will not forgive you in this world or the hereafter, and may God grant me my rights. This story has been around for 5 years, and many things happened after that.'”
