Fighter movie from cinema to Netflix and OTT platform

Yesterday, Hrithik shared on his Instagram account an exciting announcement about the film’s transfer to Netflix, raising the enthusiasm of the audience eager to take a look at his latest film.

Roshan wrote in the caption: “Fighter is ready to land! #Fighter will be released tonight at 12 AM on Netflix! #FighterOnNetflix,” which means that the film will be available to stream on Netflix India starting midnight on Thursday, March 21.

Produced by Viacom18 Studios in association with Siddharth and his wife Mamata Anand’s production house ‘Marflix Pictures’, the film promises to deliver an epic story that pays homage to the bravery of the army.

The events of the film “Fighter” revolve around the newly created elite unit called “Air Dragons”, commissioned by the Air Headquarters to combat armed activities in the Srinagar Valley.

The film has reportedly been compared to the Tom Cruise-led “Top Gun” franchise, with the Fighter trailer reflecting some of the most iconic scenes from “Top Gun,” including a series of slow-motion walking scenes with the bright sun on a fighter jet runway.
